Global Delivery Process for Ion Projects

This page outlines and details all steps held for delivering Ion projects world-wide, from the request by a CSM, through the execution by a designer, to the closing by a Project Manager, bringing clarity on how the delivery process takes place globally.

From start to closure, you can expect a different turnaround time depending on the intended deliverable. Please bear in mind that custom-scope projects will be treated as it is and have tailor-made timelines to be previously established prior to kick-off phase.

Please select your type of deliverable for a quick access!

Project roadmap in a nutshell

Request

Project is requested by an internal stakeholder (i.e. CSM) after discovering and assessing overall strategy, needs and expectations, and technical requirements.

Kick-off

Project is kick-started by the PM when the content strategy is approved (or provided by the client) alongside creative brief and assets necessary for project execution.

Execution

Deliverables are executed by the Ion Services team following signed SOW and agreement made during kick-off (scope, timeline, add-ons included, dos and don'ts, etc.).

Closing

Project is closed fully and CSAT survey is triggered. We have a 30 days notice for any maintenance needed after GoLive, after that, Customer Support is on.
If you are an internal stakeholder, please submit your project request through the default form and provide all required information in order to rapidly set its kick-off into motion.
