What you will get from this agreement

The scope of this project consists in 1 (one) interactive experience based on a predefined model from Ion's Templates Gallery, including 10 content formats available to be selected, 1 (one) interactive wireframe, 2 rounds of consolidated revision, and quality assurance processes. All copy and assets necessary for the interactive experience creation will be provided by the client. Content will be no longer than 2k words.

How will this agreement be delivered

The following activities and deliverables may take place through the course of your agreement:
  • Support of a CSM to align on the project's goals, particularities, scope, and timeline, from kickoff to completion
  • Interactive wireframe to convey content strategy and showcase look-and-feel
  • Rounds of consolidated revisions to gather feedback from the client and finalize the experience as expected before launching
  • Quality assurance processes to secure best practices within Ion have been met throughout production

What are the types of interactive content available

For your Ion Interactive Experience project, you will have 10 types of interactive content experiences from the Ion Templates Gallery available. Specified scope will be included depending on the format selected, such as,
  • Assessment: Interactive Assessment including up to 10 questions with up to 4 choices each, and up to 5 different results.
  • Calculator: Interactive Calculator including up to 5 user inputs and up to 5 simple calculations.
  • Content Hub: Interactive Content Hub including up to 24 downloadable or linkable assets, pieces of content, files, external pages, or the like.
  • eBook: Interactive eBook including up to 8 chapters with up to 1 interactivity point per chapter.
  • Infographic: Interactive Infographic including up to 8 sections with up to 1 interactivity point per section.
  • Landing Page: Interactive Landing Page including up to 5 sections with up to 1 interactivity point per section, a Thank You page and up to 3 downloadable assets.
  • Microsite: Interactive Microsite including up to 5 interior content pages with up to 5 downloadable assets in total.
  • Quiz: Interactive Quiz including up to 10 questions with up to 4 choices each, and up to 5 different results.
  • Solution Finder: Interactive Solution Finder including up to 10 questions with up to 4 choices each, and up to 5 different solutions.
  • White Paper: Interactive White Paper including up to 8 chapters or sections with up to 1 interactivity point per chapter or section.

What is an Ion-based template

Your project will come to existence from an interactive experience template and customizations are restricted to the existing models we have available on the Ion’s Templates Gallery. You can expect the final creative to be about 70% similar to the model selected, with about 30% altered to suit the content and visual identity of your brand.

What items are definitely out of scope

This particular project is not meant to provide strategic advisory in the design of your content strategy and does not include (1) content strategy and content ideation, (2) copy and logic production, (3) updates to the Ion Theme, (4) custom feature and advanced logic, (5) interactive experience based mockup or the like supplied, (6) maintenance of the interactive experience moving forward, and (7) any additional assets and out-of-scope requests. These items are available in our solutions portfolio and can be purchased separately, please talk to your sales representative for further details.

What is the price of this project

The full price of an Ion Interactive Experience is $5,000.

Timeline of the Ion Interactive Experience project

This project has an average duration of 6 weeks starting from when the complete creative brief is provided by the client, and will strongly rely on the active participation of your team throughout the project execution to meet the intended timeline.

This is the stage to craft an interactive wireframe in order to convey strategy and showcase functionality, look, and feel in action. First round of consolidated revisions is included following delivery of the wireframe.

Week 2
Customer Feedback

This is the stage for the client to provide the first round of feedback for the wireframe previously delivered. Revisions at this stage should only include:

  • Changes to layout or page structure
  • Changes to how content loads or flows
  • Minor updates to logic functionality
  • Any updates to be made prior to the Build phase
Week 3
Build
Back

This is the stage to apply the first round of revisions to the experience and start building the creative in Ion. Final copy and images must be previously provided in order to proceed with the build. Second and final round of consolidated revisions is included following delivery of the final creative.

Week 4
Customer Feedback
Back

This is the stage for the client to provide the second and final round of feedback for the experience previously delivered. Revisions at this stage should only include:

  • Image updates
  • Copy updates 
  • Color adjustments 
  • Asset changes

Once this is the final creative, we do not perform changes regarding layout, functionality, or logic without a change order and a new timeline to launch.

Week 5
Build Finalization
Back

This is the stage to apply final touches from latest feedback and have the experience fully ready for launching. Please be advised we do not receive any revision requests at this point of the project.

Week 6
GoLive
Back

This is the phase to fulfill a final QA process and run browser tests to make sure all best practices have been followed before making the experience live. Please note that we do not do GoLives on Friday because, at this point, we are not able to provide support during weekends if anything goes wrong.
