Stage Audit

Quick technical analysis of a blog to identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations related to page loading speed, digital security, accessibility, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and files treatment.

Stage Call

Quick call with a Stage Developer to provide technical support to internal and external clients.

Stage Estimate

Estimation to predict the scope of a Stage project while calculating time and resources needed.

Getting to know the delivery process

From requesting, through management, to reporting, the Expert Services team will handle all the execution and communication from your initiative deliverable within HubSpot through the Professional Services Initiatives pipeline.

This is the phase for you to submit the initiative request through the default form. Typically, the average turnaround time for the first response is 3 business days.
This is the phase for Thiers to review the information provided, gather whatever item is pending from the requester, and set the initiative into motion. You will be notified through HubSpot when the initiative gets to the production line.
This is the phase for the Expert to execute the deliverable requested according to the information provided. Communication throughout the production process will be conducted through HubSpot.
This is the phase for Thiers to deliver your request through HubSpot and close the ticket. Typically, the average turnaround time for the delivery is 5 business days, depending on the deliverable requested.
This is the phase for Thiers to update and fulfill all the items required for reporting the numbers in the Professional Services Initiatives pipeline.
